If You Don't LIke The Weather Wait 10 Minutes

Howdy Folks,
It's Monday - it must be Wisconsin - home of the Cheese Heads & the Green Bay Packers!
I know scientists are huddled in think tanks world wide trying to sort out if global warming is real - all I know is that when I left the house at 6:00 AM today it was pouring rain with thunder and lightning - FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SCIENTISTS -GET OUT OF THE THINK TANK AND STICK YOUR HEAD OUT THE WINDOW AND THEN LOOK AT THE CALENDAR!!!!
In Kalamazoo, MI when I passed through at rather high velocity it was 70 F - barbecue weather - 90 minutes later on the other side of the lake in Chicago it was 45 F - the barbecue was over!!
I am just sitting here now in Madison, WI having a bit of what made Milwaukee famous and savouring it. It is a Summit Brewing Co. (St. Paul, MN) Extra Pale Ale - good hops, a sweetness on the pallet not normally associated with a pale ale and seems to be going down nicely in rather large quantities!!
Also have a Stevens Point Brewery Cascade Pale Ale to try - Stevens Point, WI - update this one is not as good - hmmm, what time is it?
I just came from an Irish Pub, O'Grady's, where I had a Smithwicks, a salad and a bowl of chili - topped that off by going to a used DVD place and scoring Wanted Dead or Alive: Season 1 and Danger Diabolik - one of my all time guilty pleasures - can you say Pee Wee Herman?
Right now it is snowing lightly outside - so I have had all 4 seasons in about 12 hours - I am spent - welcome to the Great Lakes region!!!
Many thanks to my friend and financial advisor Bill Howe (who shall remain nameless). Bill got onto www.priceline.com and found this great place for me here in Madison - I basically have a big suite for next to nothing - SUITE!!! It gets better - he paid for it - friends don't come any better than that folks - OK, OK - I do have to pay him back.
I am not too far from another good friend - Steve Dikkers of Guttenberg, Iowa. Unfortunately I won't have the time to drop in on him this trip - just as well - we'd only have a few drinks and then the next thing you know we would be working on the plutonium guitar we have been discussing - folks when you smash this guitar on the stage, people in about a 200 km radius know about it!!
For those who are following along on their kowst2kowst souvenir maps, once the authorities have escorted me to the city limits, I'll be following 90/94 and then ultimately 90 West - I hope to get as far as Rapid City, SD tomorrow - that may be ambitious - it may even be foolish - but the road goes on forever ....
Almost forgot to mention - the official DVD of the trip is the 4 Seasons of Soap - remember that bit of insanity - introduced us to Billy Crystal - who played a gay puppeteer - this is truly classic stuff - I'll be catching a few episodes later tonight - as well as watching the DVDs.
OK - the viagra cowboy has got to go - see you tomorrow night - same time -same station - unless .......
